Solution We are very sorry that you experienced a problem when trying to submit your essay. If you were trying to copy and paste to our website from a word document, or if your text has characters in it, the website will give you the error you described in your email.

To submit a word document please use the upload feature (option one) instead of copy and paste. If you wish to copy and paste the essay please copy the document from word into notepad, remove any special characters (i.e. %, *, ~, etc...) from your text, then copy and paste it from notepad to our website.

If you still are having problems uploading your essay, it may be best if you called us at 1-877-338-7772 (U.S.) or 609-896-8669 (outside the U.S.) so we can better troubleshoot the problem.
